The FPM Urogynecology Center, is a freestanding ambulatory center located at 3050 Hamilton Blvd, Suite 200. the Center is committed to providing high quality personal care within a safe environment to patients undergoing urogynecologic procedures.

At FPM Urogynecology Center we have chosen to undergo the rigorous inspection and adhere to standards required of an outpatient facility to assure that your care is delivered in the safest and most appropriate setting.

You will be cared for by the same physicians and staff as The Institute for Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery.

At the center we:

1. Provide the community with a comprehensive program of ambulatory care that is a safe, satisfying and cost-effective environment.

2. Provide a high quality of personalized care for patients requiring outpatient procedures.

3. Integrate the patient’s family in the individual’s health care plan, where appropriate.

4. Maintain a friendly, accommodative atmosphere for patients, staff and physicians.

We are pleased to announce that we have recently been accredited for three years by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

This is an important milestone in the continuing growth and success of our Center. Accreditation shows our commitment to providing the highest levels of quality care to our patients, and the same high level of conduct in our business practices. Achieving accreditation by the AAAHC is proof that we have met the rigorous standards of a nationally recognized third party.

We are proud to have met the challenge of accreditation, and intend to consistently uphold the principles of quality improvement and patient care in the future.

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), founded in 1979, is the leader in ambulatory health care accreditation with almost 5,000 organizations accredited nationwide. AAAHC accredits a variety of ambulatory health care organizations, including ambulatory surgery centers, office-based surgery centers, endoscopy centers, college student health centers, military health care clinics, and large medical and dental practices. AAAHC serves as an advocate for the provision of high-quality health care through the development of nationally recognized standards and through its survey and accreditation programs. AAAHC accreditation is recognized as a symbol of quality by third-party payers, medical organizations, liability insurance companies, state and federal agencies and the public.
