Dr. Lucente receives APOPS Founder’s Choice Award

Dr. Vincent Lucente is being recognized for his commendable efforts in this field of women’s health. The Association for Pelvic Organ Prolapse Support (APOPS) Founders Choice Award notes those in healthcare, academics, research, industry, or policy, whose patient-centric efforts in best practice excel.
Estimates indicate up to 50% of women experience pelvic organ prolapse, a condition that has yet to achieve mainstream women’s health awareness. Dr. Lucente’s efforts At the Institute for Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery and St. Luke’s University Health Network validate his vision of evolution in pelvic organ prolapse best practice.
