The FPM Urogynecology Center, is a freestanding ambulatory center located at 3050 Hamilton Blvd, Suite 200. the Center is committed to providing high quality personal care within a safe environment to patients undergoing urogynecologic procedures.

At FPM Urogynecology Center we have chosen to undergo the rigorous inspection and adhere to standards required of an outpatient facility to assure that your care is delivered in the safest and most appropriate setting.

You will be cared for by the same physicians and staff as The Institute for Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery.
